Mark Goode is a terrible used car sales manager. Izzy was our sales associate. Together they did not want sell me a vehicle. words cannot even explain how horrible the experience I received from this place. Four hours wasted, lazy employees, not a trusted place to get my jeep maintained. They lie. Because they are lazy. What dealership does not have tools to remove Rhino wheels. High percentage of jeep that goes in the shop has Rhino wheels. They told me they fixed my flat and rotated my tires, yet my nail was still in the tire and tire was still in the same spot so it was never rotated. I dont think they even do any maintenance on my car. I took it to another shop and paid someone to do it all, including oil, tire and rotation. More
