Service was good and pretty fast, but my only complaint is that the second time I went and they don’t offer to clean the car like most dealerships do. Service is A1 I have been going to Ferman since I bought my Dodge Avenger in 2013 and have never had a problem with them or their service. Always something My initial call was for an oil change, but had mechanical issues as well, got told they were too busy, so I got “written in.” Tom the person in charge My initial call was for an oil change, but had mechanical issues as well, got told they were too busy, so I got “written in.” Tom the person in charge was great, he was diligent and efficient handling my calls all day regarding my car, and keeping me in the know. I’m thankful the big issues were taken care of, but annoyed that the car wasn’t fully serviced. Now I have to find the time to drive an hour there and make plans to kill a Day ultimately all for an for an oil change, and tire rotation. More

Terrible and negligent I went in for a routine oil change. MY husband mentioned there was a noise coming from from wheel area when brake was applied and asked for it to be c I went in for a routine oil change. MY husband mentioned there was a noise coming from from wheel area when brake was applied and asked for it to be checked. He was given the oil change and said breaks look good. NO problem, pads and everything was good. Fastforward two day....I took it in becase of the noise. I took it in again. As I sat and waited for the advisor Brian Guest, the tech came an lifted my hood. I asked why he was going under the hood and he said to top off windshield washer fluid. I told him that I was just there two days ago for my oil change and that they are supposed to do it..Well, it wasnt done...it was completely empty! So then I leave my car there so it can be checked and recieve a call later claiming I have a $1000 worth of work to do on brakes and caliper...WHAT??? I was just there 2 days ago and they said it was all good!! I have no confidence in your dealership anymore. I used to have Kevin as my advisor for many years and loved him and the service. I will not return nor will I recommend Ferman to any of my friends. I drive my children in that car daily and the fact that they overlooked such a crucial issue is negligent. More
