Poor service My experience at this dealership has been awful ever since I got my car. My car had a previous owner that used to take it to this dealership so I thou My experience at this dealership has been awful ever since I got my car. My car had a previous owner that used to take it to this dealership so I thought it was only right to continue to take it here. I am aware that my car is older so of course it’s gonna have problems and I’m trying to keep up with maintenance. At a service appointment, I got my break pads fixed or repaired (or whatever the correct term is) because I like to keep up with maintaining my car. When i leave with my car, my car is making noises and violently jerking. I remained calm because I thought that it could be my car just being old. so I take it back to them and I had to pay for a diagnostic for my brakes. Turned out, I had to fix the sway bar links. That was close to $900. I got this fixed with the intentions of the noises and jerking would cease but no, I pulled out the dealership and it still sounded the same and drove the same.so I complained and still, no one helped. I even came up and asked for the manager and they are never there or the service people try to lead me somewhere else. So I finally got it checked again, and now it’s that I have to get new break calibers. That’s an extra $600-$700. Now I’m not naive so I’m pretty sure they could’ve told me about my calibers a long time ago when I paid for the diagnostic. Moral of this story, they made me waste money. More

Great service in a busy economy is hard to accomplish I brought my wife’s 2015 Town & Country in for motor noise and thankfully it was under warranty. This is our only vehicle and with 3 kids and busy sch I brought my wife’s 2015 Town & Country in for motor noise and thankfully it was under warranty. This is our only vehicle and with 3 kids and busy schedules we can’t go without it. Kevin in the service department was more than accommodating with a loaner vehicle while the repair was being made. I was called and told a few days later it was ready and decided to have the deluxe detail done as well. Between 3 kids and my wife they can really dirty up a vehicle with sports and just regular use. It was only 3 hours later Kevin called again and said ready to go looks brand new. I was skeptical and already thinking I am not paying $150 for a quick wipe down. I wanted to personally pick it up and inspect it. I am very picky and was blown away. They vehicle ran like new and now looked like new again. Unfortunately Kevin wasn’t there to be thanked so hopefully this makes it to his management. Also the detail staff need to be thanked as well. Every inch was spotless, carpets shampooed, waxed, door jams, etc... Best detail job I have received. Hopefully they don’t leave cause I will be telling people about that service and now bringing our vehicle more often. More

Third times a charm I leased a brand new 2017 Dodge Ram sport about a year ago. I have had it back to Ram 3 times for the same significant vibration issue.
