Service vs Sales Service people are very helpful and polite. But, I would never buy another vehicle from Ferman, sales person wasn't too bad, but management "sucked" Service people are very helpful and polite. I mentioned to the sales manager that we could use something to eat and he ignored us, just said they were short handed and we would have to wait. If we had to do it again we'd walk out and Ferman could have kept their 50,000 dollar van. More
Great Service Manager I wanted to take a minute and review my experience with the Service Manager Anthony. My wife and I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee last summer that I wanted to take a minute and review my experience with the Service Manager Anthony. My wife and I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee last summer that was having an issue we believed should be covered under the warranty. We were hearing a creaking noise in the under carriage frequently. The vehicle was first serviced in Feb. 2019 but the tech could not hear the noise. In October 2019 we returned the vehicle back to the dealership because the noise was much more noticeable. After discussing the issue with Anthony, he worked with the Tech to identify the problem and get it corrected. The service was covered under the warranty and my phone calls and personal encounter with Anthony were terrific. He is a true professional in your service department. He also worked it out to provide my wife a replacement jeep while our jeep was being serviced. Awesome work! Thanks so much Anthony! Mike Jackson More

The friendliness of everyone at Ferman has been a welcome change to many businesses. Mr. Cooper the service manager runs a great shop and my experience is they get it done right the first time. I drive 40 miles each way to have them service my SRT challenger. More
