Oil change Went into the dealership for an oil change, bringing with me my own Mobil 1 oil and Filter. They charged me 8 bucks to do this. Working with the customer I appreciate Brian Guest working with me and understanding that I am retired military and can not afford an expensive repair bill. He and the technician helped me out and I appreciate it very much. I will say that being a engineering technician I was disappointed in the engineering of my vehicle. The hydraulic power steering system they replaced was noisier and might of used more engine power but it let you know when it was failing and was a lot cheaper to replace. You should be able to change out the control box or the electric motor on the rack and pinion system. No part should cost that much, Nobody should have to pay over 2k for a single repair. Also this problem exist on the 2015 model and is covered by recall. This should be the same the danger is there for the 2013's as well as the 2015's. I will never purchase another Dodge because of this. More
