Quick service I was in for an oil change and expected it to take the usual hour or so. I was pleasantly surprised when the service advisor came and got me after 35 I was in for an oil change and expected it to take the usual hour or so. Great service..... New vehicle sales - very ho hum. I have gone to this dealer ship many times to have my van serviced (which I purchased here). Service department is great! The last time I was here f I have gone to this dealer ship many times to have my van serviced (which I purchased here). Service department is great! The last time I was here for a service/oil change I spoke to the sales department about buying a new van. Unfortunately the gentleman I had bought my current van from had retired. The sales person I was hooked up with didn't know anything about vans/trucks so I left him with several questions about the 2020 vans that I couldn't find answers to on the web. He said he would research the answers and get back to me. 2 weeks later he sent me an email about a used car they had for sale. I responded to his email saying I was waiting for his response on the van. 4 months later no response. I went to their competitor (Ford) and ordered a new van. It's a shame because I really like the Ram Promaster. Oh well, such is life..... More
