God help you if you buy a vehicle from this dealership and need any kind of service. Their advisors are clearly given incentive based on shirking any responsibility to look into or fix a vehicle. I do not believe this is representative of all Chrysler dealerships, as I've had great service elsewhere for problems related to the one Ferman wouldn't even look at. I've had a 2 and a half year odyssey with my pacifica. It's still not right, and I still can't get them to properly look at it. These vans are waaaay to expensive to deal with this. More

We were ahead of scheduled drop off but were greeted nicely and worked into rotation. Since we we had another vehicle we just left the truck and went about our shopping. Always receive great service! The work is always completed in a reasonable amount of time and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with everything that they do.
