I have owned a Jeep for 10 years, bought my 1st from this dealor. Got a better price for the 2nd elsewhere, but still used this Feeman for Service. I was always happy with the service until about 1.5 years a dealor. Got a better price for the 2nd elsewhere, but still used this Feeman for Service. I was always happy with the service until about 1.5 years ago, when they told me that I needed repairs that weren't needed. They told me I needed new brake pads and rotors, I got a 2nd opinion ar Midas and my rotors were good only needed new pads. A big price difference! They did a fluid flush they had done on my previous service. These are just 2 examples of the services they lied about. Im ok with typical up sales like wipers or air filters but the $$$ service that are totally unneccessary is fraud and unacceptable. I won't be back! More
