I bought my truck from this dealership back in 2016 and have always taken it for service there. I have never had a problem up until now. At this visit I was constantly lied to, terrible communication, and have always taken it for service there. I have never had a problem up until now. My truck was in their possession for a total of 36 hours for an oil change and 3 tire change with alignment. I asked for a estimate on some damage to the truck and when I arrived to pick it up I was told that they forgot. He took pictures and said he would get it right over to the collision center to get me an estimate and I would be receiving an email the next day. Than never happened. It really sucks that this happened because I never had a problem previously. More

Ferman analyzed the problem on my car quickly and made the necessary repairs. The service personnel were courteous and efficient. I called them on January 15, 2023 to ask if my 2021 Chevy Colorado was still under warranty because I was having a problem with the pump that squirts water onto the windshield.
