Oil Change When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by the actual service manager. I handed my keys to Mr. Monteverde, who was extremely friendly and promised me that he would have his technicians start servicing my 2018 Silverado immediately. Mr. Monteverde then made sure I was comfortable in their clean and well kept service lobby. He was even kind enough to offer me something to eat and drink while I waited. I was very impressed by all of this because I’m quite sure Mr. Monteverde is an extremely busy person with a great deal of responsibility but he made me feel welcomed and that my visit, while for a just a simple oil change was as important as any other customer who was there. Then, true to Mr. Monteverde’s word, my truck was returned to me without delay in better and cleaner condition than when I handed him the keys. My family and I have been longtime customers of both the Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon Springs sales and service departments. Thanks to Mr. Monteverde and his wonderful staff, my trust and confidence in them was once again reinforced today! More

Vehicle Repair Service Delivered car to Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs. Needed cat converter and passenger powered window motor. Both items obsolete as the car is a 99 Cav Delivered car to Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs. Needed cat converter and passenger powered window motor. Both items obsolete as the car is a 99 Cavalier Z24. Service Writer Rob located aftermarket parts for the car.but could not have them until the next day. He was able to provide me a loaner car for the night. Had the car completely repaired by 2PM the next day. Also had service give it a bath This is not the first time I've had my Cavalier serviced here. I've had great service previously when Shannon and Tony were the Service writers. The whole staff at Ferman Chevy of Tarpon Springs are just terrific!! More
