Brought a 2018 Equinox Had a windshield reservoir leaking The serviceman found the problem and fixed it pronto. The level sensor had popped out and he re-inserted it and leak checked it. Poor advisor. I’m use to service advisors meeting clients when they pull up service. Not this dealership. Thankfully I was watching the mechanic work on my truck and stopped him from rotating tires. He said the work order told him to do it. When I spoke to the advisor about this his answer was short and he forgot. I need a dealership I can trust and be treated with courtesy! More
