Excellent Service As Usual Dropped off my Colorado for a new bumper from body shop and transmission fluid change from service. I dropped it of on Friday thinking I’d be lucky to see truck by Monday. Dropped truck off at 10:00AM Friday. At 4:00PM Friday got a phone call saying work complete!! All I can say is WOW! That was fast!! Also the bill from body shop was less than estimate always a good thing!! More

Highly recommend! I took my new red F150 into Ferman Collision a few months back to repair the dent in my left front fender. My service advisor was a wonderful guy name I took my new red F150 into Ferman Collision a few months back to repair the dent in my left front fender. My service advisor was a wonderful guy named Matt. He was very thorough and was not pleased till I was. I came to get my truck in a few days when they called As I walked around it I noticed 3 tiny scratches that ( I believe) were not there before. Matt walked around the truck with me as I pointed out the scratches he noted them and offered to buff out some and re pint as needed. I brought the truck back the following Monday and picked up rental car on Ferman. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the professionalism of this man. More

Second Trip, Very Satisfying! Thanks to Ferman service second time, wife's Equinox no AC, took it in told them I'd pick up Saturday, only to find our Suburban need a recall fix. So Thanks to Ferman service second time, wife's Equinox no AC, took it in told them I'd pick up Saturday, only to find our Suburban need a recall fix. So we arrived Saturday to pick up her SUV no call which is what I like as in the event there's issue they would call so no problems then confident vehicle was ready,it was! No Cost either found it to be still under warranty, awesome. Asked if Suburban could be done, Tom who was our SA said pick it up in an hour, another done and ready in an hour. Could not be more happy Ferman Service Department thank you.... More

Somewhat productive but annoying. Schduled and brought my new silverado in for itd 1st service and to stop a rattle in the passenger side seat. Oil service was great, but they didn't stop the annoying rattle because, "there words" it would take to long. So please reschdule again for another time.... This was my time, taken off work to get this repaired. I have not re- scheduled yet and it still rattles louder then ever. More
