Brought my 14 Corvette in for oil change ,brake check and battery test. Tom, as usual was great,took hood care of me and my car. Took a couple of minutes to charge the battery so it could be tested.All was t battery test. Tom, as usual was great,took hood care of me and my car. During my visit at the service office I have had trouble with the staff not helping me with my issues being sarcastic and rude and they are all flat out unreliable. Coming to the service department at this with the staff not helping me with my issues being sarcastic and rude and they are all flat out unreliable. Coming to the service department at this Chevrolet makes me annoyed because I will have to deal with them and get absolutely no where with my problem and they won’t make no effort to help fix the situation but just leaving it to fix itself.
