I would go even further by stating that Ferman Chevrolet is probably the best Ferman Dealership of them all. Credit should be given to Mr. John Reese, General Manager, for building such an incredible team which really cares for others. I feel as though I am treated more as family than as a customer. My most recent visit was with the body shop for a hood replacement. David was great. I was a bit apprehensive about the paint job because I have seen the good, bad, and ugly from past experiences years ago. David reassured me. When I saw the finished work, I was blown away. As good, if not better, than the $15,000 paint job on my 1932 Ford 3-Window coupe street rod. More

Body shop work I had gone to have my right rear fender of my 2018 Equinox repaired as my lease is up and I wanted to make sure everything was right with the car. The plastic clips that hold the fender were bad from day one, but we moved away from the area where the car was leased from. I stopped at a dealer near my new home and mentioned the problem and was told to take it back to the original dealer or he have to charge me. I came to Florida for the winter and stopped at Ferman's and they ordered the part and arranged for me to come in to fix the problem. Mickey and Dave were excellent in getting the work down and completing the job for a lot les than I expected. I will be a repeat customer every winter! More

You guys had my car for 32 days. That is way too long . Specially when insurance only covers 30 days.
