Tom arranged for a shuttle ride home, with a very pleasant driver. Tom called soon with the diagnosis: a broken motor mount, not the expensive transmission problem that I feared. The motor mount was repaired and the same cheerful shuttle driver returned me to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle. All in all I received the great service that I expect from Tom and the Ferman service team!! More
