No communication, never answered voice mail and texts. Broke the good side of what was to be fixed while inspecting the car to figure out how to fix the bad part. Kept the car 2 1/2 days to tell me that if I had $3,600 they would fix a part that costs $371.76 ( tension cable for stingray convertible top) RIPOFF!!! They cause half of the problem and should pay for it.. More

No courtesy to offer options, just that extended warranty wouldn't cover the part. Knowing that the driver's side was not broken when the car was brought in, didn't disclose it nor offer to pay for it. Just awful.
