My Car Buying Experience I had an excellent buying experience at Ferman Chevrolet. I had called in advance and knew I would meet Norman the following day. He let me know the suburban I wanted to look at was still on the lot. Got there test drove it. Did the paperwork. Norman educated me about everything on my new ride. It really was a very pleasant car buying day !!! More

Average Typical dealership, the car we called about, did not have everything as per conversation on the phone and in the ad on the website. Prices clearly marked on the vehicles, don’t apply, some are more $ , some are less $ . This dealership definitely tries to steer you to what they want to sell you, regardless of what you would prefer. I really feel sorry for mr Ferman, he’s going to go broke, I was told they were losing money selling our vehicle at agreed price. The salesman that handled our vehicle purchase , was a good guy , everyone else, not so much. I would recommend Ferman Chevrolet to a few people I know , however not anyone I would want to remain friends with. More

Onstar lwft my car overnight with keys in the cat New car towed over a tire issue. Tire flat when I leased the car. They "fixed" it and said it was good. Two days later same tire flat. Service cen New car towed over a tire issue. Tire flat when I leased the car. They "fixed" it and said it was good. Two days later same tire flat. Service center had no concern that it was a two day old car. They could have easily come over five miles to collect the car (a flat tire), fix it at service and return it. Nope...road assistance was the only thing they would agree to. Told me to get a compressor and fill the tire myself. They were very busy they said. So told to,use onstar. Two hour scheduled wait that turned into 3 1/2 hours. Tower guy left the car at the dealer with the keys in the car overnight. More
