We spoke with Jeff the day before we went to the dealership, explaining what I needed, at what cost, etc. When we met with Jeff Hutchinson, he had chosen one car that best met our needs and perameters. We didn't need to look further. It was perfect. We got a newer car, with less mileage than the trade-in, more safety features, and a powerful engine. Payments and interest from previous purchase both went down. Unfortunately, we don't remember the name of the Finance person, but he went above and beyond, also. Happy to say our 3000 mile 3-week trip was flawless, and we felt so safe in the varying weather. Thank you for helping us with our second purchase from Ferman.
