This is the second time we've used this dealer and another light was on within 24 hours. They had my car for 2 weeks and when I called to fix the new break were not able to get me in for another 2 we another light was on within 24 hours. Bought a 2016 Mazda in November Missing a key fob- they got me a new one When I was at the Mazda dealership they did a free video inspection They found multiple mechanical safety problems These shoul got me a new one When I was at the Mazda dealership they did a free video inspection They found multiple mechanical safety problems These should have been fixed prior to selling this vehicle It cost me an additional $1600 to rectify and make this safe and drivable I would not recommend this dealership They sold me an unsafe vehicle I have the video if you want to see it I believe I should be compensated for this additional cost at the Mazda dealership More

Had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil change. Arrived at 10:15. Service manager Dave was very nice. Told me oil change would be an hour. I left there at 12:45.
