On July 5, 1995 Ferman Motor Car Company celebrated the 100th Anniversary of its foray into the transportation business when Fred Ferman bought out his partner, and became sole owner of Tampa Cycle Company.

Had my truck scheduled for warranty covered work. Very rude service department. Kept my truck from Tuesday- Friday with something g that probably took 15 minutes to fix. My appointment for a recall was made and confirmed with both a text and email. I dropped my truck off. I received a call about 30 minutes after I left saying they had used my kit on another car and I had t both a text and email. I dropped my truck off. I received a call about 30 minutes after I left saying they had used my kit on another car and I had to reschedule. How does this happen? I rescheduled the repairs and they said the new kit would be attached to my work order and not used on someone else’s vehicle- the way it should have happened the first time. I dropped my truck off and used the shuttle to be taken home and back to the dealer. When I got into my truck the floor mats were covered in mud! The first time both my wife and I took the day off since we were told it would take several hours. No shuttle service was offered. The second time the shuttle service was only offered after I told them I would be waiting. This is not what I expect and demand from a “Professional Dealership Service Department “. I will never get my truck serviced here or do any business with them again! More
