But the Financing/Bill of Sale portion could use some improvement (deceptive practices like asking for $150 for Charity and lying about it Not adding my cost, in which days later I realized it was added to my financed amount, meaning after 60 months of payments, that $150 ends up a lot more). Plus, couldn’t figure out what Extended Warranty Packages actually cost, due to it not being spelled out, only shown the difference in car payments. Got yelled at because I was taking the time to figure the true cost of packages myself. Didn’t appreciate that at all! More

They made the process simple and seamless the service was great, however there was a couple of issues. The vehicle was brand new but the carpet was loose and thrown over the car you would think new carpetin great, however there was a couple of issues. The vehicle was brand new but the carpet was loose and thrown over the car you would think new carpeting would be in plastic as the weather mats were down, also I did not have wiper fluid in my vehicle now I am having to make time to go get it filled and I didn't like that the salesman offered to pay for 1 bottle as if it were petty, buying a vehicle is a commitment for a consumer and all things matter, no apology was given and I don't like how this was handled, but overall it was a good experience and would definitely recommend this dealership More
I brought my corvette in for service on 10/14 to fix an ignition switch issue. I was told it would be a 4 day job due to the need to order the part. After 4 days I called multiple times to check on the sta ignition switch issue. I was told it would be a 4 day job due to the need to order the part. After 4 days I called multiple times to check on the status of the repair and did not get a return call for several more days and it was then that I was told that they locked the keys in the car and when they tried to jimmy it open they broke the driver side window. They said it would be a few more days because they had to order a new window. I called multiple times to check status and did not receive a call back until they called to tell me that while installing the new window it slipped and broke the regulator. I called multiple times to check status and never received a call back. I went to the dealership in person and was told they fixed the window and regulator but that the car was not ready because they could not calibrate the part they installed in the steering column and they were waiting to hear back from engineering. I called again on 11/15 to check status and received a callback saying it was now ready. I went to pick it up on 11/16 but found that the car was not ready to go because they did not detail the car which they promised to do because when I brought the car in it was freshly detailed and while in their possession it became covered in dirt inside and out. I was told it would be ready on 11/18. I hope that this proves to be true. I inquired about a discount for the service work due to the extreme inconvenience caused by the dealership. I was told that they don’t give discounts for delays, no matter the length of the delay. In summary, they will have had my car for over 5 weeks to fix a problem that was quoted as a 4 day job, that is if it is indeed ready on 11/18. I also asked for a quote for some minor body repairs but will not have this work or any other work done at this dealership due to their horrible customer service and incompetence in performing the service. I’ve taken both my Camaro 2SS here multiple times and it’s always a great experience. The service writers are friendly & helpful & it’s obvious they have highly skilled mechanics who do the bigger repair it’s always a great experience.
