Within 15-20 minutes of indicating my interest in the vehicle, Jim had contacted me. He was polite, professional, responsive and did everything he said he would do. He answered every question or concern I had. After a couple phone calls back and forth, we had a deal made over the phone within less than 2 hours. My wife and I flew to Tampa from Raleigh, NC, the next day and Jim had an Uber waiting for us at the airport. When we arrived, the vehicle was ready and waiting for us.
