The service advisor was very rude and not helpful. I did not receive the proper appointment type and was told they couldn't help me after waiting weeks for my appointment. They ordered a tire for me a I did not receive the proper appointment type and was told they couldn't help me after waiting weeks for my appointment. They ordered a tire for me and told me they could fit me in, but my 6 week old and I would have to wait 4 hours for the tire to be placed. I let him know I lived down the road and could just run up whenever worked best and he said "well you can leave your truck here and walk home". With a baby across 8 lanes of traffic. I lease nicer model vehicles and I'm up to trade my truck in in May and can assure you it won't be here after being treated so poorly. More

I’ve been using this location for service exclusively for 8 years. Usually top notch. Not so, this time. I waited in the lounge for 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No one kept me informed of t 8 years. Usually top notch. Not so, this time. I waited in the lounge for 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No one kept me informed of the progress or delay in service. I finally went to the desk, pointed to my car in the driveway, and expressed my frustration to one representative who only said to me, “James has your paper work.” I waited a few more minutes for him, asked what was going on, and was told that several people had taken the time off but the schedule had not been adjusted accordingly. I was thanked for my patience. Not a satisfactory answer. Again, usually your service is stellar, so I was surprised and disappointed on this day. I will still be back. Things just didn’t go well this time. More

Normally I’m happy with the service department but this last oil change I waited almost 2 hours, saw that my car was finished, waited like 15 mins and no one came to get me, so had to go up and ask someone last oil change I waited almost 2 hours, saw that my car was finished, waited like 15 mins and no one came to get me, so had to go up and ask someone to check me out. THEN experienced some sticker shock with a basic oil change/tire rotation being now $85! Came out to $70 after using a coupon I brought. I typically like going there, but for that price I don’t know anymore honestly. More
