New Tires - after 67,000 miles We own a 2013 Avalanche and have about 67,000 miles on it. We bought it brand new in March of 2013 and have been on the factory tires since. Finally We own a 2013 Avalanche and have about 67,000 miles on it. We bought it brand new in March of 2013 and have been on the factory tires since. Finally saw the need for new tires after a blowout. Knew they were getting a little thin but didn't realize how skinny they were. Called and got an appointment the next day and the work was excellent. The truck handles like it was brand new again. Safer too. We have had this vehicle serviced exclusively at Ferman Chevrolet, where we bought it, and have had excellent service every time. More

There was alittle confusion on my appointment at first. I w I was previously rejected by the service dept 3 months prior. Cause me to seek service elsewhere. However..the service dept made up for it. A little confusion on which service tech could take me. Runaround 5 mins. I had made the appointment via phone and had a email confirmation. All in all, I was out in 30mins. Departed happy! More

EVERYTIME, not just once, I mean EVERYTIME, I go to Ferman Chevrolet the outstanding level of professionalism by this gentleman is out of question. Indeed he is taking the extra time to solve any conflict, issue or even making a better deal for you as a customer and as a friend. Not to mention the "BIG" Howard from the service department. He really provided the service I need for my Corvette and took care other little things that I didn't notice while my Stingray was still in service and still charge me the same amount of money for the same regular service. When I go to Ferman, I not just go to do a service on my car or to buy a car, but to visit my friends and thanks them for the outstanding level of service and professionalism.
