Bruce and the entire Ferman service team were GREAT!! From the minute that I arrived at the service department I was treated like royalty! Someone greeted me and opened my car door, asking if I needed ass From the minute that I arrived at the service department I was treated like royalty! Someone greeted me and opened my car door, asking if I needed assistance. I said that I had an appointment with Bruce who was right there waiting for me. Bruce escorted me to the customer waiting area, he had already completed any necessary paperwork. The waiting area is very clean, comfortable and offers many amenities such as Wi-Fi and charging stations, plus quiet comfortable chairs for people (like me) who want to relax with a good book. Before I knew it Bruce was back to let me know that my service was complete and I was ready to go. The girls in the cashier area were very pleasant, friendly and happy. Obviously a good working environment! A sign of good management! More
