Regular service - Oil Change Tire Rotation When I first got to the dealership for my 8am appointment, the exterior gates were locked and I couldn't get in. Eventually gates opened and I pulled When I first got to the dealership for my 8am appointment, the exterior gates were locked and I couldn't get in. Eventually gates opened and I pulled into the service line behind two other vehicles that were already there. The service person Manny met me within 10 minutes to 8am and had me go wait in the waiting room. 1-1/2 hr later, Manny came with a slip of all things that should be done to my vehicle. I told him no thank you just the oil change. He told me that the were finishing up on my car and that it would be ready shortly. Another 1/2 later and it was ready. My only concern here is that I made an appointment for 8am and it should not have taken 2 hours. More

Ridiculous Wait Time I've had my truck serviced at Ferman's for 3 yrs & and never had a problem like this before. It took it in at opening to beat the backlog and it still I've had my truck serviced at Ferman's for 3 yrs & and never had a problem like this before. It took it in at opening to beat the backlog and it still took 2 hours to for the tech to say he could not duplicate the issue, and then another 2 hours to fix the loose overhead console (again). problem still not fixed I took my Tahoe in to have the liftgate fixed. It was closing on its own. They replaced some parts and it worked for about two weeks now it is doing t I took my Tahoe in to have the liftgate fixed. It was closing on its own. I guess I have to waste another couple of hours during the work week to have them try again and see if they can figure it out. Other than not correcting the problem everyone was nice. More
