I have been using Ferman Chevrolet since 2003 when I bought my truck. I wont let anyone else do any type of repair on my vehicle, and have been completely satisfied all these years!! More

Great service I took my Traverse in for an oil change and actually had a very enjoyable visit. My service advisor, Jimmy, was seriously business like and funny an I took my Traverse in for an oil change and actually had a very enjoyable visit. I also had to have the windshield wiper motor replaced, which resulted in a longer visit than planned, but Jimmy kept popping into the waiting room to update and check on us. Waiting My first appointment I was told they didn’t have the part and to come in 8am the next morning and part would be available. Well I was there at 7:35am with my three little children and the part wasn’t there. Little communication to me except when I asked for updates. I didn’t leave to 12p. No one said sorry for the inconvenience until it was time for me to check out 4 hours later. I had plans for the day that were ruined. More

Great Service...Expensive parts. I needed to have some electronics replaced in my trunk due to water damage. Rain filled the bottom carriage of my trunk with almost 2 inches of water. I needed to have some electronics replaced in my trunk due to water damage. Rain filled the bottom carriage of my trunk with almost 2 inches of water...almost one gallon. This was not under warranty and the parts cost me over $1000. The amplifier was $842...but online i found it for $430! Infact all of the parts cost almost twice as much as i found them online and from gm supply companies, not generic parts! So next time i need a part replaced i will order it online! The service at Ferman is always excellent and timely. My new service rep Manny was pleasant and informative. More
