Great Service Work Had to have A/C work on my 2011 Truck with 222,000 miles on it. They had to take my Dash apart in the Truck to replace evaporate coil that was leaking Had to have A/C work on my 2011 Truck with 222,000 miles on it. They had to take my Dash apart in the Truck to replace evaporate coil that was leaking and not letting the A/C work right. This is the first time I had anything done to the A/C. Gary Vogt and his Techs did a Excellent job of taking out the old and replacing with new parts and even my old dash cover that had some cracks in it. They replaced the Dash Cover with a new one. Everything looks like when it was brand new again. So Thanks to Gray and his Techs and Everyone else that had a part in getting this done. EXCELLENT WORK !!!!!! Deliver on your promises I signed up online for a loaner vehicle. When I told the service tech this after I arrived for my appointment, he looked at me puzzled, went to a mana I signed up online for a loaner vehicle. When I told the service tech this after I arrived for my appointment, he looked at me puzzled, went to a manager, and came back and said there wasn't a loaner available. I had to pay $40 out of my own pocket to Uber to and from work. If I would have been told a loaner wasn't available before my appointment, I would have had someone pick me up and drop me off. I also have a maintenance package for my vehicle, yet EVERY TIME I come to the dealership, I have to remind them of it - and they look confused. Seems to me that this would be pretty easy to manage, and it makes me wonder if I'm truly getting what I paid for. More

What’s the point of an appointment if it’s not going to matter? I will never buy from ferman again. I was planning on trading my Colorado in for a Silverado this year. I will go to stingray instead. 8 months of xxxx Waited 8 months for my car to be repaired. Was told month after month it would be 30 days. Chevrolet wouldn’t help, esurance wouldn’t help, and beside Waited 8 months for my car to be repaired. Was told month after month it would be 30 days. Chevrolet wouldn’t help, esurance wouldn’t help, and besides ferman finally giving me a car to drive after 4 months, all I got was a text every other day that I’d be updated. As displeased I am with the whole expirience I do thank Manny for his assistance in getting me a vehicle and fighting for me when I was not happy. Issues have since been resolved but at no time when I tried to get a manger on the phone would I get one and I still haven’t. More
