Not Very Please with Time it Took to Repair Vehicle Gave 2 Star Rating because the Service Center was Swamped with Vehicles for Service, and it took them 2 Days to get Parts from their Parts warehouse i Gave 2 Star Rating because the Service Center was Swamped with Vehicles for Service, and it took them 2 Days to get Parts from their Parts warehouse in Charlotte, NC, Service Dept. lost time trying to Second- Source a part that GM no longer make Available for my 2009 Equinox. Service Advisor could have been more responsive with update on status of Repair, but I guess he was just swamped with dealing the work-load put on him by this shop.There is no guarantee that my if fixed, since they could not replace the part ( Steering Column ) that was recommended by Service-Tech, Which GM no longer provides for my vehicle. I decided that the part that the Service- code ( c0460 ), indicated be replaced only, I would see if that corrected the problem, part is PSCM unit Assy. I took my vehicle in on 03/27/18 and received it back on 03/30/18 approx. 2pm.I had to rent a car, because I didn't know if I would get my car back for the week-end, I had no other personal transportation.
