Great Sales and Service. I have done business with them off and on, depending on what brand of vehicle I owned, for several years. Their sales and service departments are top I have done business with them off and on, depending on what brand of vehicle I owned, for several years. Their sales and service departments are top quality. The customer waiting area is very well appointed and customer friendly. The only improvement I would suggest is the Sales department could have a little more privacy. It would add greatly to the perceived quality of the dealership.. Thus giving the customer the impression he is important enough to discuss his business in private. Similar to higher end vehicle dealerships. More

Scratched my car and chipped paint Brought it in for a simple oil change. They Scratched my fender, side skirt and chipped my door paint! Fixed the scratches but not the paint chips. Told that threat didn't have my paint color, and that if I wanted it fixed for me bring in my own touch up paint. How about you take a little extra care to not mess up $100,000.00 cars in the first place! More
Multiple attempts to fix the same issue The collision center fail to fix my car correctly the first time now requiring me to go back a second time and now what will be a third time to fix i The collision center fail to fix my car correctly the first time now requiring me to go back a second time and now what will be a third time to fix it correctly. Lack of communication among the service advisor that was assigned to fix my car. Now requiring need to speak to the service collision manager to now bring my car in for the third time to have it painted correctly . The manager was very nice and very accommodating but it’s just a little frustrating to have to take it back a third time to the dealership who I was confident will have it fixed correctly the first time More
