This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. I bought a brand new 2024 Chevy Trax not even 8 miles away. The check engine light came on and said service engine and trans immediate. I asked for a loaner vehicle have not been given a loaner at all, I live an hour and a half away and they want me to do a drive to come and talk to them. They won’t tell me what’s wrong with my car but yeah I still have to make payments on it. I want to return it and they will not take it back. I haven’t even had it six hours and it’s already in .
