I was so ready to sign the check right then but I needed at least the night to think. He was very understanding and with no pressure he told me he would be there the next day if I decided to proceed. I went home for all of an hour and went back and bought my car. Terry's calm demeanor and his customer service skills are amazing. Three weeks after the purchase Terry was still there to help with an issue that had come up with the car. He kept me up to speed as to what was going on and got me a loaner car so I wouldn't be without. I will definitely send family and friends in Terry's direction for his honesty and fairness. More

When I decided to look at cars I had no idea what I wanted or where to go. I filled out an application online and a rep from Ferman Chevy Brandon called me with an apt. We were late to the apt. and I was nervous about doing this as I don't like high pressure sales. Nate Auvil was great. He took us in, had me fill out the application and then off we went to look at cars. I was able to tell them what I had for a down payment and where I wanted my payments at and they did just that. There was no fuss, no hassle. It was such a smooth process. Once I figured out which car I wanted they had me driving it home that night. Our finance guy Jeffrey Shegog sat me down and went over everything. He was even able to get me a better warranty and GAP protection for pennies on the dollar. Talk about working for the customer. Ferman Chevy was the first dealer and only dealer I looked at. I didn't need to go elsewhere. More

My experience was outstanding, I've been purchasing cars for a long time, but the professionalism at Ferman was worth purchasing two vehicles. I went to look at a Camaro, Dave Geiger met me showed me the car. I asked if I could take the car to show my husband. His manger Brian Manning told him I could not drive the car until I gave him my credit a the car. I asked if I could take the car to show my husband. His manger Brian Manning told him I could not drive the car until I gave him my credit and agreed to numbers. I could here Brian telling Dave this is my dealership and I run it my way. If She don't like it she can leave.. I was in complete shock. Brian Manning is very rude and seemed to be bulling the sales person and wanted to bully me. Brian needs a class in customer service and etiquette. I did get my Camaro just not from Ferman.. More
I came across this dealership during a night I could not sleep. I was called the next day, less than 24hours. The lady was very nice. I ran late for my scheduled appt. and then had a phone call come in as s sleep. I was called the next day, less than 24hours. The lady was very nice. I ran late for my scheduled appt. and then had a phone call come in as soon as I arrived at the dealership greeted by Mr. Terry. He was not impatient or rude, he spoke with my husband while I finished my call. I told him I was looking for a vehicle that you can get to the trunk w/o getting out, low and behold they had a 2009 hhr. After talking we were asked to come back the next day which was better for me and my husband. We came back the next day and I am thinking there is no way my I'm getting this car unless I pay a large deposit and payments which my husband had already told me we would not do. Upon arrival we went for a test drive (husband drove)and loved it,but he still had his doubts about financing. Mr. David took us on the test drive. When asked the price of the vehicle I looked at my husband face and he was pleased, we were asked what type of payments were we looking to make instead of what we HAD to make. Mr. Terry and Mr. David worked some MAGIC in there and next thing I know everything is what we want. Now since I did not expect to get a vehicle that day we had a lot in my old vehicle. Mr. David and Mr. Terry helped transfer my things to my 2009 HHR and they talked and laughed with us the entire time.When we got home my husband tried to set up onstar and somehow my vehicle was turned off by accident. My husband called Mr. Terry and he told him what to do and that if there was a problem he would be sure to get it right for us.It was just a dead battery.Mr. Terry did not get upset or annoyed he handled it and told my husband who to contact and any questions to come back to dealership. Upon returning to the dealership Mr. David showed me how to use my vehicle phone, program phone numbers, showed me what all the inside buttons do and some I asked several times what it does, he never had a attitude or got frustrated with me, he just went over it again. Mr. Terry and Mr. David are some awesome people. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted, it was lower than my husband thought and the payments are even lower than my husband could have imagined(he's happy),Mr. Terry also gave me directions to the DMV which I was having a hard time finding.
