I bought a white 2016 Camaro SS and I started to see paint flaws in the right angle of light, I was worried that the old saying once you sign the dotted line your stuck and Ferman would not correct the issues, but nope Tommy took great care of me and getting the issues rectified quickly. He got with Denny and he took care of all the paint issues. Denny did a great job of getting the paint corrected. I was back and forth to the shop due to them not being able to see the flaws in the right angle as the car being white and after each time I dropped my car off Tommy made sure I got a rental for my troubles. Then I get a call from Tommy stating he wants to give me a care package for all the trouble I went thru, he didn’t have to do that but he did. I figure I write up a review on how my adventure went to let people know there are still dealerships out there that treat you like family.
