My search included visiting or communicating with almost every single dealer in the Brandon and Tampa Bay area (I'm picky, and this was not just chevy either).These guys were the only ones, and I do me only, that treated me and my family like we mattered and our needs were important. Adaquate service Wait times are far too long. Way too many cars come in for amount of advisors and techs there are. My advisor also tried to inform me my car wasn’t co Wait times are far too long. Way too many cars come in for amount of advisors and techs there are. My advisor also tried to inform me my car wasn’t covered under warranty when it actually was covered by fedelity. It got handled because I pushed him to check the system again. So after me pushing through some ups and downs the work to fix my A/C cost around $600 with me paying only the $100 deductible. But again I sort of had to make my warranty status known. More

The damage although not significant was repaired in short order and the car looks as good as new The paint job ["racing yellow"] is a perfect match. The work was completed within 72 hours. They even took the time to buff out another spot on the vehicle. The Service Center is not close to my home, but I chose it because I've had work done there before and I've never been disappointed. The service agents and office personnel I dealt with ikept me informed of the progress at each stage of the repair. Every member of the staff is personable and professional. They treated me well and I highly recommend Ferman to anyone seeking collision repair. More
