On the day of the sale we had been to four dealerships, most were friendly enough, some not so much. Then Ferman. We had called them along with the others in the morning stating the vehicle we were looking for, all promised to look and call back. This is where Ferman stood out. Not only did they have the exact vehicle, but the phone rep Tracy had complete command of the car we wanted, she knew the options and packages inside and out. the "ran" the numbers ahead of our arrival and when we got there the numbers did not change. She greeted us out in the lot, was very warm and friendly and seemed genuinely glad we were there. Tracy introduced us to our salesman Mike and the pleasantries started there. Over all a great car buying experience. More
Two widows with a dead Malibu We took our Malibu in for service because it kept stalling. The tech adviced is they didn’t know what was wrong with it after an hour. He advised us to rent a car or get a new used car. Keith came over and asked what we wanted and what we could afford. He came back with a Nissan SauV. I called my son who is in the Navy. When he got off work he went home and checked Ferman’s website. He said with Keith listening we should try the 2014 Honda CR-V.. we did and liked it so we bought it. We are very happy. More
