I had told him over the phone what I was looking for and when I arrived he had the car ready for me to look at and take for a test drive. I asked to see other cars and he showed them to me. He always talked to me and not my husban. I liked that. I had been to another dealership and the sales person only talked to my husban and not me. Juan knew the car for me and he talked to me. As long as he works there we will gladly go back to purchase another vechical. Michael Heverling was very nice and really worked hard to get me the best interest rate and put me at a payment that I would be happy with. Danny Showalter was very nice and courteous. He made coffee for us and made sure we were comftarble. I think the used car sales people are nicer than the one's in the new car section. Very happy More

The Team at Ferman Chevy Tampa had already pulled the vehicle up front and was ready to take a test drive even though I had no appointment and only inquired. I had multiple unique requests and requirements with the purchase and Mazin and his manager Danny Showalter handled all of them flawlessly. Even had the paint touched up and new pin stripes put on which I didn't even request but made the truck look great. The vehicle looks and drives as good as new and I got a no haggle price thousands lower than anyone else in town at a dealer or private party. My Next truck will be purchased here as well. More
