WE CAME TO FERMAN JUST TO LOOK AND COMPARE. BILL JONES MADE US FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND WAS NON-PUSHY. I have been with him on the two of the three Good Morning, My husband will the first to tell you that I do not like dealing with buying a new car. I have been with him on the two of the three occasion that we did purchase a car from Ferman. I can honestly say that it was a great experience,althought its a very long process. We initialy started think we definitley going with a Tahoe and when that didnt work out and after telling William that I wasnt interested in anything else, I didnt want to purchases another cross over or small SUV (being closed minded)but he and Susan convinced me to at least LOOK at the Traverse. I must say I was speechless. I never,ever thought a that this SUV was bigger than my Dodge Journey, that it was going to meet our needs. It definitely has and I ams SO very happy that we didnt get the Tahoe. I now know it would have been too much truck for me to drive. Please know both William and Susan are wonderful,patient, sales people and we left knowing we were treated fairly and honestly. Everyone we meet through out this buying process was professional and friendly. I will also recommend Ferman to anyone in the market of buying a car. More than any other reason... we went with the Chevy Equinox because of John Givens. Of course we had to love the car we were purchasing but the way John dealt with us made it easier for us. We were already irritated with most of the sales consultants from the other dealerships... but John was different. He answered our questions but gave us space. Something especially impressive to us was that he never spoke badly of the cars from other makers. He helped us see the pros and cons to both cars we were looking at from Chevy and didn't try to steer us to a more expensive vehicle or to get "extras" we didn't need. He would simply inform us of what would come with each model. His patients was so very much appreciated. We went back to the dealership about 4-5 times to look at the car and be sure of what we wanted....John was always there and didn't seem to be irritated with our taking our time. He always seemed happy to see us and encouraged us to be sure of what we wanted to purchase and to not rush it. He never pressured us any of the times we went. How different he was from the other sales reps we dealt with. He made the closing of the deal as painless as one could be. All the way through having "OnStar" set up for us. He sat in the car with us after we had purchased the car and re-explained all the functions of the car before we drove off the lot. We've had our car for a little over a week and are loving it so far. We would most definitely recommend the Equinox and most definitely recommend John to be the one to deal with. Took my wife's Impala in to deal with a Check Engine Light. The group there took the time to diagnose the problem completely. Turns out it was a bad sensor on the accelerator pedal and a serious safet Light. The group there took the time to diagnose the problem completely. I called Jorge today for a part for my TBSS and he had it in stock and was holding it at the parts desk for me. Then, I was transfered to service where Brian Rabeau said that he would put the part on for me in stock and was holding it at the parts desk for me. I had the easiest car buying experience ever. I wanted a Camaro that I had seen online. When I arrived at the dealership I was greated and told them about the Camaro that I had seen on line. The car I wanted was no longer there but they showed me a Camaro that was the same except that this one had a sunroof. I never really thought about a sunroof, but it was cool and the car is awesome. They worked with me on the price and sold me the one with the sunroof for the same price as the one that was advertised on line. I could not have been happier. My brother will be in the market for a truck soon and I told him this is where he needs to go. More

Upon showing up salesma did come out and talke to me told him what i wanted, (What Brain said he had as well as the websit I checked out before going down there.) Paul said the were out of that car but had one the waas the same just different trim and options. I asked if i could get some oof the feastures that the original vehicle had, and he did not know and did not find out for me. He got me back inside salesroom and then started presssureing me to buy like right then. The price he told me was the same price that the higher end model I was offered online was. Would not talkto about that, wanted to didscuss it with his manager whic was busy. Overall long time and waitiung around, no real answers, and the old bait and switch gimmick. Willneve go ther again and won't be advising any of my friend or family to go there either. Byron H. More
