GREAT SERVICE VISIT AS EXPECTED... SERVICE AND ADVISOR (RYAN) WHERE GREAT AS USUAL... ITS ALWAYS GREAT HOWEVER,.... WHEN I WENT TO PAY FOR VISIT YOUR CASHIER CARD READER WOULD NO SERVICE AND ADVISOR (RYAN) WHERE GREAT AS USUAL... ITS ALWAYS GREAT HOWEVER,.... WHEN I WENT TO PAY FOR VISIT YOUR CASHIER CARD READER WOULD NOT READ MY CHIP ON A WORKING BofA MasterCard.. Subsequent checking proved the card was okay and validated by the BofA Branden brach ofc. !!?? Specifically, was told by teller that machine WOULD not read my chip .... My fiancee purchased an Equinox a few months ago, and I saw how easy his representative made it for him to get exactly what he wanted. I thought I would come by, leisurely see what was available, and go visit 2 or 3 other dealers, although I knew the Equinox was tops on my wish list. We were introduced to Pete Coley, and my plan to consider other dealers ( and definetely NOT commit) went out the door. He patiently listened to my wishlist, addressed all my questions, and produced the perfect Equinox for me, right on the spot. Whaaat...?? It was everything I wanted and more. I absolutely love my beautiful vehicle. Dealing with a sales associate like Pete Coley, made the car buying process fun and stressless , and I would do it again with no hesitation. Pete Coley is an asset to the dealership, he knows his product and his professional ,easygoing demeanor helped me to confidently make my choice with zero regrets. I had been looking for a good deal on a comparable equipped, color, wheels, grill, & low milege Impala like I bought for a few weeks in GA. When Vinny spoke to me about coming from ATL, GA, he immediately sent me detaied photos, CARFAX, & etc. about the car. I know he thought I was nuts, but the trip saved me almost $3,000 vs what I would have paid locally. My flight was delayed several times, putting me in Tampa at 8pm. Vinny and the Finance Mgr. both agreed to wait on me. This was great because I had to be back in ATL by the morning for a meeting. Also there was one small paint defect, that Vinny had fixed before I arrived. Just a great car buying experience! More
