Great service, easy purchase It all started with my email to Ferman about a specific truck that they had in inventory. It's a 3 hour drive from my house to Ferman so I wanted to It all started with my email to Ferman about a specific truck that they had in inventory. It's a 3 hour drive from my house to Ferman so I wanted to double check a few things before I made the trip. Communication via email and phone was very easy and accurate, and when I arrived they had really nice hospitality and the truck was ready and waiting. Everything was as promised and the sale went smoothly. Their price was $4k less than my local dealership for a similar truck, they offered me $1500 more for my trade, and Ferman was able to beat the rate offered by my bank by almost half a percent. A win on all counts. There was no pressure at any point during the sale and the salesman Nate Auvil was knowledgeable, and encouraged me to take my time and make sure everything was the way I wanted it. He is also the one who double checked the specs for me over the phone before my drive over. Overall a very nice experience, I would definitely recommend Ferman and Nate Auvil based on this experience. More
