Great car buying experience Vinny was great! I had been looking for a good deal on a comparable equipped, color, wheels, grill, & low milege Impala like I bought for a few weeks Vinny was great! When Vinny spoke to me about coming from ATL, GA, he immediately sent me detaied photos, CARFAX, & etc. about the car. I know he thought I was nuts, but the trip saved me almost $3,000 vs what I would have paid locally. My flight was delayed several times, putting me in Tampa at 8pm. Vinny and the Finance Mgr. both agreed to wait on me. This was great because I had to be back in ATL by the morning for a meeting. Also there was one small paint defect, that Vinny had fixed before I arrived. Just a great car buying experience! More

We were very thankful our salesman was Marckell Johnson. Marckell Johnson took the time to listen to my husband and I. He explained everything to our understanding. He was honest with us. He had faith in our decision. Marckell is trustworthy to his words. Marckell is an asset to Ferman Cheverolet. Marckell represents old school customer service. Meaning.... A warm greeting,nice smile,patient,caring,truthful,compassionate, willing to make you happy how ever he is able, makes you feel like you are what matters and not the sale for the day! He is an all around people person which many could learn so much from his techniques. I give Marckell Johnson the highest star rating you can go because he is awesome all the way around. Exciting Experience I had a 2014 Cruze which after the 60,000 miles was out of warranty. I had checked into purchasing an extended warranty and roadside service, but was I had a 2014 Cruze which after the 60,000 miles was out of warranty. I had checked into purchasing an extended warranty and roadside service, but was undecided. Then I received a letter from Ferman Chevrolet saying that they were looking for 2014 Cruzes last weekend. There were many incentives which were worth checking out. From the time I left my car to begin looking at the new cars until I walked out with my new car I was treated like royalty. Within 5 minutes of looking at new cars Nico from your Sales department approached me to ask if he could help me. I told him about the letter and asked whether it was really true. He answered that he knew exactly what I was talking about. Then he asked me to follow him into the dealership and introduced me to Ron. I gave him the letter that I mentioned to Nico. From that point on it was focused on how they could help me walk out as a satisfied client. BTW I have purchased 2 Cruzes from Ferman starting in October 2010 so I have been happy with this model. While in conversation with Ron, Nico informed us that he had just the car that he knew I would be happy with so he went to get the key for a test drive. Ron was very understanding of my needs and where I stood with a car out of warranty. I took the car (my favorite color - blue) on a test drive and loved it. Coming back into the dealership Nico began filling out the paperwork and took my 2014 Cruze next door for the trade in amount. After showing me the all the figures Nico and I came to agreement on the price which I was very happy with. Once all the paperwork was completed Michael from your Finance department introduced himself and we went to his office. He was very professional and had my interest at heart. Michael saw that I had gone through 60,000 mile warranty rather quickly and took it upon himself to provide an option for me to extend my warranty to 100,000 miles. Impressive! After signing all the papers I walked out with my new car!!! During the time that I was with Michael, Nico collected all of my belongings from my old car and placed them in my new car. He escorted me to my NEW car, synced my phone to the car and always asking if I had any other questions. Also, he took a picture of me with my new car which I’ve shared with family!! Never once did I feel rushed or coerced into making a decision!! I must let you know that I had a wonderful and exciting day and a NEW CAR!!!! Thank you, Tanya McNair More
BEWARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Get used to "we can't duplicate the problem so we can't do anything" and "you should call Chevrolet" DO NOT TRUST THEM to buy or service your vehicle. Get used to "we can't duplicate the problem so we can't do anything" and "you should call Chevrolet" DO NOT TRUST THEM to buy or service your vehicle. They treat you like they are doing you a favor to perform warranty work YOU PAID FOR. I was told today by The General manager (which I had to hunt down and ignored several calls and emails) that I should be happy that they gave me a loaner after 4 trips for the same issue and Basically told me to find a different dealer to service my car. Mind you because the issue happened while I was not there, in their mind it didn't happen and they cant do anything. When you pay the obscene amount for a vehicle that has a warranty is it crazy to expect that it works? Or is it crazy to think that a warranty should mean that when broke it gets fixed? Evidently, Ferman Chevrolet interprets this differently than I. The customer experience manager Tommy tried to help, and I hate that I had to name him here but I can tell when someone agrees with what you are saying but has to hold the line. I guess I am crazy. They have no idea how to communicate or the slightest clue about customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra couple miles to a different place. More
Excellent Service Dept My 14 Chevy Cruze needed serviced, we had taken it to another dealership and wasn't happy with them so this is the 2nd time we have had it to Ferman f My 14 Chevy Cruze needed serviced, we had taken it to another dealership and wasn't happy with them so this is the 2nd time we have had it to Ferman for different problems and both times they have treated us very well and taken care of our car great. Would definitely recommend Ferman to anybody. They go the extra mile to make sure you know what is going on and why. Thanks for keeping us on the road. Dave L More
