Hello Todd, Our goal is 100% guest satisfaction and from your 1 star rating we haven’t achieved that goal with you. I do believe that the issue you are having do happens while you have the vehicle in your possession. But unfortunate as per General Motors technical assistance, we must have a failure to isolate the problem and by nothing happening while we have vehicle with us makes it very difficult to isolate the problem. It gives us no technical data to direct us or GM Tech on the issue.
