Our visit to Ferman was just incredible. Our visit was not an "ordinary" visit, and was quite an adventure! He jumped right in to the "fire", not really knowing our whole dilemma. (A very long story, not important to my review) Terry was patient, knowledgable, funny and very kind. Before meeting Terry , I met Danny Showalter, Mgr. What an incredible person. He would not rest until our obstacle was handled to our satisfaction. He was so sensitive to our needs. As I was waiting in the used car sales floor, I observed these gentlemen, and the other sales staff. They are a very close knit bunch. They are a true team. I know for Terry, this was not an easy stepping in the middle of this sale, as I previously stated, he was not 100% briefed on the situation. And this was ok, as Danny was trying to facilitate the process, as to not have us to be delayed anymore than neccessary. But Terry Our last and final stop was with Tim Kratz. This young man was very professional, while also being very compassionate. He showed true concern about our situation, and our financial issue. I recommend this dealership and the above gentlemen. i can promise you, you will have a wonderful experience! More
