My salesman Ty Patton was superb in listening to and answering all my questions. He and the sales manager met me half-way on the value of my trade-in, and promised a full tank of gas. I took a longer than usual test ride to get used to the steering, braking, and acceleration. The F&I salesman did a great job of explaining the financing and the insurance products and services. I was a little put off because I work for a living and Mondays is a horrible day. If your open Saturdays why not provide loaners or rentals. The tech I think was Stephen told me I could always go to another dealership. Wow sending customers else where amazing service I show up Monday to the service line where they asked if I had appts I said no I was just told to come. Guy rolled his eyes then left me sitting there for 40 min. Finally some guy came over said you been helped. Nope ! Then left me sitting there another 12 min. Service tech came over took the truck. They took me to enterprise got a car. They fixed the truck turned in my rental and when I got to the window I asked how I got the refund on my rental. The service guys says we don't do that we have loaners .. say what I was told you don't do loaners . Here is the best part and Thank god they have her as an employee. Her name was Seirra not sure if that spelled right. She was the woman behind the check out counter. she asked for my receipt for the rental and walked away. What ever she did she made it happen. Honestly she was the only bright light of my entire visit. I told her I would write a review and let every one know she is the greatest. As for the other techs seemed like the usual say what ever then pass the buck around. More

Sales staff was responsive and quick to update and reply to any pricing questions. Salesman had very limited knowledge of used vehicles outside of the Chevy brand. But I could understand that since it is a Chevy/Mazda dealer and not Toyota (the car I bought) dealer. I also was a walk-in and did not schedule an appt. Finance person was not knowledgeable of interest rate environment and though understood documentation needed to transfer title and made the process expedient, it would have been nice to have a client advocate and not someone pushing bad rates. The vehicle was also poorly cleaned as the insde was still quiet dirty for a car that was described to be already "detailed". I will have to get the car detailed and waxed as given what I can tell it was not done well at the dealer. More
