Service writer did not Tell me till after I was out of vehicle that should be two hours. Only after I asked. It was already 11. After 1 pm I asked how much longer. They were putting car on the lift 1:14 pm When I went outside. 1:14 pm ..TWO And a HALF hours later. Do you have no service writer training? Do you have no dispatch system? Do you not have quick lube Technicians? Why make an appointment . More
