Mixed review Visit was to have what was essentially a recall to a transmission repaired. Dealer was unable to do the repair for 2 to 3 months. No Chevy dealer could do the repairs in less than 2 to 3 months. No loaner vehicle was available. Car was not safe to drive. Dealer was fast enough to offer to sell another vehicle. Problem is that due to the transmission issues that they were responsible for, they gave less than value as a trade in. The dealer was saved the cost of the repair, was saved the cost of a loaner, but could low ball the value. More
