The ultimate end of the call and hold always goes to voicemail of some guy named Gary Vogt it has been 5 hours since I left the first message no call back you can’t tell me this man is so busy that he can’t take 3 minutes of his time to return my call . I have a Chevy traverse 2016 and the a/c is broken and I live in Florida coincidently this is the second new traverse that this has happened to and the same time ! I am trying to make arrangements to get my car fixed and I have used ferman chevy several times before and they won’t pay any attention to me ! I don’t understand how a car delarship can be do rich that they turn away money from car repairs don’t use ferman the headache isn’t worth it and there is a lot of competition out there ! More
