However, as soon as you step inside Ferman dealership you are greeted by friendly and professional sales vendors. We were lucky to get Mickey Z., as our sales rep. He showed us around and guided us through the available cars there. Not only we were helped by Mickey but two other wonderful and Professional sales rep Jose R. and Bryan J. All three salesman were very informative and they answered our questions patiently. I was impressed with their work team efforts. That's a plus for any customer to have salespeople working together to meet your needs. You don't see this professionalism and work ethics in other dealers. Believe me my husband and I had gone to a few and they don't compare to Ferman dealership. My husband and I purchased two new vehicles. The purchased was not done the sameday but about a week later. I didn't plan to buy one but due to the sales deal and great customer service we went back to buy my new car. Mickey was our sales rep. which helped us purchased both vehicles. Z and Nada were excellent. Z worked with us and we were able to purchase our Traverse under the terms that we were pleased with. Unfortunately it took 4 hours tfrom the time we entered the dealership at 2 able to purchase our Traverse under the terms that we were pleased with. Unfortunately it took 4 hours tfrom the time we entered the dealership at 2:30 and we left at 6:30 in the evening. It should not take that long to buy a car and complete the paperwork. This was our fourth purchase from Ferman Chevrolet so obviously we are completely satisfied with the sales staff.
