Purchased a new Silverado 2 weeks ago. No owners manual. No 2nd key FOB. I was promised this by a Monday after taking delivery on a Thursday. This is the exact same experience I went through on my last purchase at Ferman. When I went back I had to wait over 2 hours. I should of learned the 1st go around. More
