Although we found every employee to be friendly and helpful, we were overwhelmed and exhausted by the paperwork to complete the transaction. First impressions were not great, my wife didn’t even want to get out of the truck when we arrived because the salespeople swarmed the vehicle like piranhas or something. Their first offer for my trade-in was about half its realistic worth, I asked how they came up with that and was told “he looked at the truck, and the shape of it, and that’s what he said.” After being asked what I wanted instead, they came back with a counter offer that included a carfax estimate that was very close to what I was asking for. Was able to come to an agreement on the trade and final sale price, so they will haggle if you do your homework prior to coming in. After we signed all the paper work for the new vehicle we went outside to put our personal belongings in it, but it wasn’t parked where we left it, only the trade-in truck was. I went to go back inside to ask where the car was but all the doors had been locked and the employees all went out a side door while we were out front. I’m pretty sure the salesman detailed the car himself before giving it to me, he was definitely the highlight of the entire place. I would recommend based on price and willingness to negotiate. Other than that, this place was terrible. More
