Not that others aren't, he is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with what I was agreeing to before I sign any paperwork. I want to also recognize Mr. Pete Cooley. I asked him for some information regarding warranty services, even though he couldn't give specifics due to him not having all of the nessecary information, he still took the time out to try to explain what he could with the information present. The salesman at Ferman Chevrolet and I worked I was under the impression that the Trax would serve to carry the lift I have for my scoter. We had a deal and papers were sent to finalize the sale when I learned that the Chevy Trax was not strong enough to carry the lift so the salesman and I went back to work to find a car that was affordable and that would work. On Sunday March 21st we finalized the deal I signed the paper. On Monday the Ferman dealership was to fax the information to the business office of my company and I was told that I should have the car by Monday March 29th. Then today March 25 I found out that nothing had been faxed to the company that was buying the car. Now it will not be enough time to complete the transaction this month. Gary Funke the salesman was kind , thoughtful but those in Fermin's business office let the ball drop. and I am very disappointed as it will be at least almost another week before I get the car. More

We purchased a used Subaru Outback....which was exactly what we wanted. We made an appointment and the car was out front (dirty), but ready to drive when we arrived. Gary was our sales guys. The manager didn’t wheel and deal with us, which would have been nice, but didn’t happen. The inside of the used dealership needs an upgrade. Also many salespeople weren’t wearing masks. We even saw one vaping through the sales floor. But Gary was pleasant. More

I took my truck for first service to this dealer as it was where I bought it. Appointment for 10:45 am on Saturday, arrived on time, and had to wait almost 10 minutes to be attended by somebody. I explained some concerns about the rear suspension as I noted the truck was higher on level from left side than right side. The representative explained me he would take the truck to be inspected after service gets completed, and it would take some more time than regular. I asked if they take me home, he said they don't, so I told him I was gonna wait in the waiting room. Almost 5 hours later, I woke up from the seat and walked to the service door pointing to the work shop, and realized the work shop was closed, the front desk for service area was closed too, and they left me locked inside the waiting room. I got out thru the sales area, and it surprised me see my truck parked outside. So, I had to get the sales person who I bought the truck from few months ago, he had to get somebody else, and this person gets a key to open the room where the fantastic service representative left my truck key. I never received any call from anybody to let me know the truck was ready to pick up. Nobody had the decency to get in the waiting room to let me know about. No text message, no carrier pigeon, no any smoke sign. I felt, and continue feeling, treated as trash. Today I tried to talk with somebody at service department because I don't know if they inspected or not the rear suspension, and nobody took the call. I left a message with the front desk attendant, no call back. I sent an email to the person who scheduled the service, no reply. Is it the way this dealer pretend I buy my next car from them? I don't really care how many free services remain in my account for buying the truck with them. Next time I prefer pay for service, than deal with this disrespecting people. Customer service people reading this review: don't waste your time saying sorry and pretending I call you to hear an excuse. It's a shame the service department of this dealer ruins the job of the sales department. More
