John Copeland was wonderful working through this decision with my son, who worked with him remotely, and me. John even came to pick me up when it was time to purchase the car. Everyone at the dealership was with my son, who worked with him remotely, and me. John even came to pick me up when it was time to purchase the car. Everyone at the dealership was professional and personable. I was grateful that they accepted a personal check from my bank in Vermont. Other dealerships I spoke with required a certified check. I visited today to speak with the GM referring to my over charge of state taxes, and how I wasn't informed, and how the refunded money was processed. It's been over two weeks. I was charged a processing fee est $250.00. I could have gotten my tags the following work day..... very disappointed in the service I have received! More
