The buying experience was good Zach was a great guy so my issue is not with him. Our new truck only came with one key. They told us they would get us another and have failed to do so. Was told I had a three day or 150 mile satisfaction guarantee. Took the car back the next day then was told to come back tomorrow. So I did and then was told they wouldn’t take it back even though I me guarantee. Took the car back the next day then was told to come back tomorrow. So I did and then was told they wouldn’t take it back even though I met the return criteria. I was they would not honor it. It was even part of the contract. That seems like a breach of contract to me. More
